The Yorkshire RFU has decreed that none of our youth teams shall be playing in the annual Yorkshire Cup and Plate tournament. We failed to register in time and the RFU committee did not think we should be included because of this.

Understandably we are all devestated and have been denied the chance to play in the cup competition.

When asked his opinion U16's coach Andy Hill said he was 'as sick as a parrott'. We will be asking the RFU for admitance into this 'prestigeous' tournament for the next 20 years, to prevent future disappointment.

Team Coach Jim Malia said the team is very excited and will be having an early night to be at their physical and mental best.
