Misconduct
Our policy is to suspend any player sent off for foul play or dissent,
for a minimum of two weeks pending the YRFU’s own disciplinary hearing.
That player is entitled to present a case in mitigation to members of the
RRFC Committee.
An arrangement will normally be made within 7 days of the original
sending-off.
The RRFC Committee will recoup from the offending player any charges levied
by the YRFU for disciplinary hearings.
Our Constitution empowers the RRFC Committee to impose penalties
(which in extreme circumstances may include suspension and expulsion
from membership) if any member breaches our rules or other relevant
regulations or legal obligations.
